Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la eliminación del alquitrán espeso que resulta durante el enfriamiento de gas de horno de coque, caracterizado porque el alquitrán espeso es desmenuzado hasta un tamaño de partículas de - 1mm y es diluído por adición de una mezcla de alquitrán y agua, siendo mantenida la mezcla resultante a una temperatura comprendida entre 55 y 75 grados C y a continuación de ello es cargada sobre el carbón a coquizar (carbón empleado) que se encuentra sobre la cinta transportadora de carbón bruto.
