Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la obtención de muestras para la determinación de impurezas y metales y aceros, especialmente de aceros fundidos en el procedimiento de colada continua, caracterizado porque para las indicaciones y la determinación de las impurezas mediante ultrasonido a partir de un producto fundido o un producto ya deformado se recorta una preforma de muestra con un espesor cuando menos 10 veces mayor del espesor de muestra aprobado para la investigación ultrasonora, el estiramiento del espesor de la preforma se encuentra en un plano paralelo al eje de fundición o respectivamente a la dirección de deformación principal del producto deformado y tiene planos de recorte de paralelos y perpendiculares al estiramiento del grueso, porque la preforma de la muestra se calienta a una máxima temperatura de deformación y se deforma transversalmente al estiramiento del grueso para lograr el espesor adecuado de la muestra.
