Claims (9)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju kompozitnog polimernog materijala, naznačen time što postupak sadrži korake: (a) obezbeđivanja materijala mineralnog punioca; (b) obezbeđivanja polimernog materijala; (c) prenošenja materijala mineralnog punioca iz koraka (a) i polimernog materijala iz koraka (b) u uređaj za pripremu složene smeše; (d) obrazovanja kompozitnog polimernog materijala u pomenutom uređaju za pripremu složene smeše; naznačeno time što se materijal mineralnog punioca iz koraka (a) dodaje polimernom materijalu iz koraka (b) u količini takvoj da se sadržaj mineralnog punioca tako dobijenog kompozitnog polimernog materijala nalazi u opsegu od 150 do 900 phr, materijal mineralnog punioca iz koraka (a) se dodaje polimernom materijalu iz koraka (b) korišćenjem tehnologije direktnog dodavanja, pomenuta tehnologija obuhvata dodavanje i mešanje pomenutog materijala mineralnog punioca sa pomenutim polimernim materijalom u uređaju za direktno dodavanje ushodno od odeljka za sjedinjavanje uređaja za pripremu složene smeše, naznačeno time što je uređaj za direktno dodavanje u neposrednoj vezi sa odeljkom za sjedinjavanje uređaja za pripremu složene smeše tako da pneumatsko prenošenje tako dobijene smeše do odeljka za sjedinjavanje nije uključeno, pomenuti uređaj za pripremu složene smeše predstavlja ekstruder, i naznačen time što polimerni materijal sadrži polivinil-hlorid.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtevu 1, naznačen time što se sadržaj mineralnog punioca rezultujućeg kompozitnog polimernog materijala nalazi u opsegu od 150 do 800 phr.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahteva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se kompozitni polimerni materijal u koraku (d) proizvodi u obliku granulata koji ima prosečnu veličinu zrna u opsegu od 2 do 8 mm.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što se dobijeni kompozitni polimerni materijal mikronizuje da bi se dobila prosečna veličina zrna manja od 4 mm.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što polimerni materijal obezbeđen u koraku (b) sadrži materijal mineralnog punioca.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što polimerni materijal obezbeđen u koraku (b) sadrži reciklirani polimerni materijal.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što se temperatura rastopa polimera poželjno održava ispod 205°C.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što je materijal mineralnog punioca izabran iz grupe koja se sastoji od kalcijum karbonata, krede, krečnjaka, mermera, dolomita, titanijum dioksida, barijum sulfata, talka, gline ili liskuna, i njihovih smeša, pri čemu je materijal mineralnog punioca poželjno kalcijum karbonat i/ili dolomit.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva, naznačen time što je materijal mineralnog punioca odabran od mlevenog dolomita, mlevenog kalcijum karbonata (GCC), taložnog kalcijum karbonata (PCC), modifikovanog kalcijum karbonata (MCC), ili njihovih smeša.
