Abstract
The present invention relates to the pentapeptyd derivatives and particularly to the pentapeptidic compounds which manifest suppressive influence upon the DNA synthesis and mythotic rate under the liver regeneration, and also upon the DNA synthesis and hepatoma malignant cells line growth in vitro and in vivo. Peptapeptyd derivatives of general formula I:where X1, X2 and X3 represents independently one from another OH or NH2 under the condition that X2 and X3 both are not NH2; or X1 is OH, X2 is NH2 and X3 is OH; or X1, X2 and X3 each reprezents independently OH.
