Abstract

The invention relates to building materials, in particular to processes for preparation of dry building mixes, and can be used for the preparation of mortars for finishing and masonry works.The process for preparation of dry building mix includes drying of the sand and mixing thereof with cement and modifying additives. Drying of the sand is produced by mixing thereof with ball-quicklime mortgaged in an amount necessary and sufficient to achieve the residual hygroscopic moisture, not exceeding 0.5 mass %, then in the drained mix of sand and slaked lime is added cement and modifying additives.The technical result is to reduce the consumption of fuel-energy resources, improve the quality of the finished product, and reduce the production costs.
