La présente invention concerne un caséinesuccinylate de fer (III) caractérisé par une teneur en fer comprise entre 4,5 et 7 % en poids, et par une solubilité dans l'eau supérieure à environ 92 %. La présente invention concerne, en outre, un procédé de préparation d'un caséinesuccinylate de fer (III).
