Got the product 10 minutes after purchase, which is good. Issue is that it's a real fight to not pay for Extra stuff. It should be OPT-IN for their extra services, not OPT-OUT.

the smart subscribtion is annoying and confusing, but everything else works flawless, and the customer support is also great.

The automated system for canceling the smart subscription was not good but thankfully the customer service was quick on updates and replies
