It is indeed frustrating to lose money due to a wrong phone number entered in the online form. In such cases we can cancel your order IF the order hasn't been processed and sent on to the local operator.

Once the money gets on a phone number that exists, be it the wrong one, the credit cannot be withdrawn. It's a general policy, not our own decision. Please always double check any data entered to avoid such situations!
