Amazing mobile recharge service

Amazing! I honestly thought it might be a scam and that I wouldn’t receive the airtime I paid for. Not only did I get them instantly after payment, but it was also even cheaper than buying directly from the mobile service provider. I’m a regular now!

I am writing to express my appreciation…

I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your delivery team members, Ahmed, who delivers from Carrefour Manar Mall.



On Thursday, 26 June, for Order No: 784020008117588, I was not home at the time of delivery (around 2 PM). Ahmed, a young gentleman whom I believe is Egyptian, called to inform me that he was outside my apartment at Royal Breeze 4, Al Hamra Village. I had ordered some perishable items and requested that he leave them outside in a way that would prevent spoilage. Despite my usual preference to avoid plastic bags for environmental reasons, Ahmed went above and beyond by neatly packing everything in brown paper bags with great care and attention to detail. When I returned home, I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully and professionally he had handled the situation.

Today, he delivered another order (Order No: 784010008280744), and I had the chance to ask if he was the same person who had delivered my previous order. He confirmed it was him. I had forgotten his name, but I had already intended to send feedback last week to commend his professionalism, problem-solving skills, and courteous manner.



In a world where good service often goes unnoticed, I believe it’s important to recognize individuals like Ahmed who represent your brand with such excellence. His actions reflect a high standard of customer care and responsibility, and I sincerely hope this feedback is acknowledged and shared with him and his supervisors.

Please consider this a formal commendation for Ahmed. Employees like him are a true asset to Carrefour and deserve to be recognized.

I thought they are a scam company. However, the way that Job Adriana Ferreira have resolved my concern is showing that they are reputable and aim at resolving problems and providing excellent customer service.

Mr Badr at Carrefour Manar Mall knows his customer services


In my recent shopping experiences, I've encountered a stark contrast in customer service between Carrefour and the "Happy Afternoon" staff. While I've found the service at Carrefour, particularly with Badr at Carrefour Manar Mall, to be exceptional, my interactions with the "Happy Afternoon" staff have left much to be desired.

The staff at "Happy Afternoon" seem to be operating under a rigid script, delivering a rehearsed message that lacks authenticity and fails to address customer needs effectively. It feels as though their primary objective is to expedite customer interactions rather than genuinely assist or engage with patrons.

In contrast, Badr at Carrefour Manar Mall exemplifies outstanding customer service. His approach is attentive, personable, and goes beyond mere transactional exchanges. Badr demonstrates exceptional listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.

Given Badr's exemplary performance, I believe there's a valuable opportunity for him to impart his expertise to the "Happy Afternoon" staff. By providing training in customer service, active listening, and phone etiquette, Badr could greatly enhance the overall service experience for customers at "Happy Afternoon."

In conclusion, while I continue to choose Carrefour for my shopping needs primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Badr, I sincerely hope that the "Happy Afternoon" staff can benefit from similar training and guidance to elevate their customer service standards.
