I would see this particular neighborhood off the freeway every time I would go to Walmart in Highland near the 330 mountain exit.  Finally on this day last year I asked Mike to get off the freeway and locate the street. 

We found the street and I took photos of the houses on this one street.  It is the only street in the area that had some older more interesting looking houses. 

We spend several days hanging out and sometimes going out.  One day we went up to Big Bear.  The colors were beautiful.

Last November while visiting my sister and her family, we stopped in Cayucos and I saw this photo again in my files that I took during that time.

I'm looking forward to going back.

I archived my most recent mountain living blog.  It had five years of photos on it from when I started it in June of 2012 once I sold my house and moved to the mountains.  I need a fresh start to revive my interest in it.

I will still be posting photos i have acquired from each season in the mountains and at different parts of the Northwest where three of my kids live and a favorite place of mine - the central coast of California where my sister lives.

Today I'll just start with photos of a house on a corner I pass when I head up the road to Rim Highway.  The street sits on Geneva and every year the colors are so vibrant as fall arrives.  We have started getting fall colors here and there but it will be moreso towards the middle of October through November.
