Setting up your AI Visibility dashboard

When accessing AI Visibility for the first time, you will be asked to set up your dashboard so we are able to begin data collection.

To set up your dashboard, follow these steps:

Step 1: Enter your brand details.

Your Brand Name is required, while additional branded terms are not. If you have branded terms or keywords that are associated with your brand (for example, Grand Cherokee for Jeep or Sprite for Coca-Cola), feel free to enter them in the second box. You can hit Enter or click the plus sign after each term to add it, and you may enter up to 5 terms.

Step 2: Enter your competitor details.

Enter competitor brands you’d like to compare performance against. This step is optional. You can enter a brand name and associated brand terms for up to 3 competitors.

Step 3: Confirm your selected LLMs.

Confirm your AI Providers. Gemini and GPT will be selected by default.

Step 4: Enter topics for prompt generation.

This is where you enter in general topics you’d like to explore AI prompts for, and later their responses. We use topics to generate prompts for you to select and track your brand’s performance in the responses. For example, if you are a yarn company, you may enter “yarn weight” and “crochet patterns for beginners.” You can hit Enter or click the plus sign after each topic to add it, and you may enter up to 4 topics.

Step 5: Generate prompts to track.

Click Generate Prompts.

Step 6: Select prompts to track.

After clicking Generate Prompts, the Prompt List will populate with 25 prompts per topic entered. You can then select up to 100 prompts to track in your dashboard. Use the check boxes on the left to select the prompts you’d like to track

Pro Tip: If you’re not seeing prompts you’d like to track or you’d like to see additional options, simply head back to step 4 and enter new topics. The prompts previously generated will remain in your prompt list.
