Spreading disinformation is not something that is minor, and it should not be treated as such. Even if done without malice - and I donāt think youāre doing it maliciously - treating it as a āmereā disagreement encourages people to continue repeating it. Treating is as a serious offense - which it is - forces either defense of the disinformation or discarding spreading it.
Well tbh, I also hate agreing to disagree. Discussion is the civilized solution to conflicts, although it provenly takes a long time to make sides understand each other.
Nobody knows about everything. As long as the discussion is backed with sources and non-repetitive arguments both sides benefit from it, even when not reaching a consensus.
Often I realize heated arguments even when both sides have really similar believes.
