I love aged cheddar. It鈥檚 not the fanciest, but I like Trader Joe鈥檚 Unexpected Cheddar. And I wish I鈥檇 noted the brand of that manchego years ago. And the double cream brie. Mmm, I could go for some cheese.
Balderson鈥檚 in Canada is my pick! The 5 year aged is perfect, although anything over 2 years is good too. Unexpected Cheddar huh? Tempted to import. I know not fancy but doesn鈥檛 matter I want to try haha.
