Pretty much like Beyond Burger but with the seasoning profile you’d expect of a bratwurst. It’s meaty and it hits the spot when the rest of my family wants meat on grill night. I will say it was a bit dry, but I need to experiment a bit to make sure I didn’t simply overcook it.

From what I remember, I enjoyed the Impossible bratwurst more - it was really juicy. Sadly it turns out I’m allergic to some ingredient in the Impossible meat so I stick with Beyond instead.
