  • When I was young I lived in a commune of sorts, with artists and hippies* and what not. Every few weeks a couple of us did just that, because why wouldn’t we?

Also later when I worked in a group home for elderly autistic people in all shapes and sizes that experience came in handy as I was used to the smell. Usually I ended up doing the shittiest (harhar) cleaning duties and it never really bothered me even though we were supposed to rotate. One of the nurses with over a decade of experience refused to even enter a room while I was emptying the stomach contents of one particularly tricky patient (he essentially had plugs straight into his stomach for both in and output, they definitely generated some interesting smells).

Sure, I got paid for the latter half, but I still did that stuff daily for years.

Later when I became a father there was absolutely nothing that could faze me anymore. Sort of glad I got to experience all that, weirdly enough. I even miss that job sometimes, felt like I at least did something meaningful.

That guy couldn’t argue his points properly with students half his age and he had the charisma of an orthopedic sloth. Future president my ass.

There’s a reason his chosen format was what it was. The single biggest contribution to conservatism he ever did was get shot. Other than that one defining incident he mattered to them about as much a housefly.

Only if you buy into the weird fanboy versions that got regurgitated by the /nazichan degenerates for years and years. They couldn’t see past their own hatred.

He knew what was coming. He saw a narrow plan to circumvent it, and in the end when it failed he gave up his freedom and for all intents and matters his own life because of his love of humanity.

Now you can fault him for being impatient, too sparse with information and even prideful at times, but a fascist he was not.

To paraphrase Oll a bit; he needed nothing for himself. He would’ve been happy living in a cave or on a barren moor for all that he cared about regarding his own comfort, but the rest of humanity needed that symbol to rally around, and so he built it. Malcador has several thoughts regarding this subject, as do several others in His close vicinity.

There is quite the selection of reading material on the matter if you really care.

Regardless of what the Empire became after the heresy you cannot put everything on the Emperor’s feet. He quite literally mentioned (as did Elrdrad and Malcador) that HE couldn’t see the endgame anymore.

  • Someone certainly didn’t do all that well at their history lessons. If Memnon led an ARMY from Aethiopia to the siege of Troy there might’ve just been …say, a few people of different fucking complexions mucking about in the immediate aftermath of said siege.

Not to mention all the trade going on for centuries in those parts.

…and also, yeah, a Cyclops is just fine because it happens to be the right color, right?

But this is otherwise a complete dealbreaker, is it? What the fuck? (I mean, I know it’s just a racist piece of shit spewing idiocy, but still, what the everliving fuck?)
