I was listening to a podcast (informal morning show from one of the guys who founded roosterteeth) and he talked about how he got off Twitter and Facebook and everything well before the pandemic… but has been needing to get back on them just to connect with others in his community.
The was a corgi my friends family had, a former show dog, he would intentionally lay behind someone who is standing in a hallway or other passage. He knew he would get tripped over, because he also knew he’d get affection and apology cuddles after.
So basically this for a modern age?

Thats because too many people sit on their ass waiting for other people to take care of it for them.
Coincidentally a lot of them are the same ones who call for violent action (and not all of them lean right).
These actions only work if a majority of citizens actually take them, not sit back and complain about how they dont work because things dont magically get fixed the instant a minority of people do it once.
One time someone shouted at me from their truck that they didn’t like my shirt. It wasn’t a sports shirt and didn’t have any logos at all. I think it was just baggier than they liked.
Sometimes people just dont like things being different.
