I wanted to add more variety to power ups like pick up distance, but I didn't have time to implement them unfortunately. Items disappearing after a while is intentional, but there's plenty of time to kite the horde and swoop in before the harvest rots away.

Eggcellent entry, with a dramatic end! Really good writing and wonderful character art, not to mention having so many backgrounds too! And the music was awesome as well, all around great experience!

I thought 2X meant it would double what you have, and not the future ingredients. Didn't manage to kill anyone, guess I need to draft more murdery cards... Really solid game!

Aww yiss used sock pie, my favourite! Great job.

Pig can cook for themself if they get so much discontent from my dishes, smh. I didn't quite understand where all the multipliers were coming from, but I guess that was the point? Cute game!

Really solid work here! The first floor is really big, never found a way to floor 2 but I got every first floor recipe and made multiple dishes for two level ups! Also woo, two goblins cookin' in one gamejam!

Wonderful art & calm music! I wish I could look at my eggs while browsing the book, or at least the book would save which page I was looking at. Creature illustrations were amazing!

Cute Chaos! 3 servings for one order, perfect cafe for a Cerberus. Graphics were cute, also the AC sound effects were nice. Also the story clear bonus is perfect.

Tried it again, I didn't know that you can rotate the camera with right mouse button! Didn't even know there was a kitchen, haha. Got to the credits and made customers happy!

OH NO! Gameplay reminds me of Quacks of Quedlinburg boardgame, the way you draw ingredients from a bag and hope to not explode. Nice music & pixel art too!

I think I only made it to day 10, but at least I found Matcha fast on the main menu! The artwork both wonderful and a little evil... Good job!

I don't know if there was a way to control which fruit you get, but I lost at least half my lives because the right fruit just wouldn't come out no matter how much I licked. The other half I lost because I panicked and overlicked :P

Whole package was great, bopping music and great pixel art! Good job.

Really cute platformer! I like how the cat turns towards camera when you're not moving.

Fantastic work! Really great mouse only game, with a simple spell mixing concept. At the end I was too stressed to survive to try out new spell mixes, but the lighting storm and snowman held the line and I managed to win. Trying to mix potions while panicing is tough... Whole package was fantastic, only gripe is fake scanlines, but that's just my personal taste.

Prince unfortunately got exactly what he wanted. Great title, and loved the graphics and ingredient illustrations. I wish the text scrolled faster, it made it feel like the game was lagging. Great work!

Managed to clear it on my second try... I don't think this "secret ingredient" is going to clear the OSHA regulations, but at least the customers are happy! Simple and cute, I liked the ending illustrations! Also the MMMM soundeffect is peak.

Can't believe the price of starburst sugar these days. Really cute text adventure!

Really cute character art and 3D models, love the light colour scheme! I couldn't cook rice, holding E didn't work, tried restarting too, so I got stuck at the start. The music was really fluffy too!

Thank you!

Thank you!
I provided two options, arrows and ZXC or WASD and JKL, did neither work? You can also try arrows and JKL.

You can read it on the design document for the gamejam, but I want to add some roguelite elements of powering up as you face tougher monsters. However, I'm not sure if I have time to implement those for the jam... trying to get one fight as polished as possible before moving on.
Fighting monsters instead of humans gives a lot of room for creative fights too!

Autumn sale Illustration!

Whoa, If this doesn't count as winning the game, I don't know what does. Since the skeletons don't scale infinitely, I knew eventually somebody would out-scale them. I already nerfed boots once, guess they're still too strong - If I make more patches to the game, I'll make every boots upgrade weaker than the previous one.

Mocha has aquired power of GUN. Matchas health scales up pretty fast in comparison to the gun upgrades. Pixel art was cute, especially the sleepy Matcha!

Dead hunger... for fast food! I loved the pixel art and animations, but had some trouble to tell which row I was aiming for. Music was great too!

Poppin' game! Both music and graphics were wonderful.

Baking a cake underwater must have been difficult... Good job!

I managed to bake a cake, despite the boxes! LET US COOK. Cute pixel art, good job!

A shame about the spawn point... I enjoyed the pixel graphics from the little I could play! I wonder what the corner bear is up to...

Should have read the instructions before playing, first round I just blasted all the combinations I could as fast as I could! Ended up getting only 300 points... second round went much better. I wish the fireworks would be bigger on the backgrounds, they look so nice! Great job.

Yes to any turnabout games, especially if Matcha is involved. The character art and animation was really stylish!

Fun game, started chill but got really hectic as the speed kept increasing!

What a charming game, got ending 4/4! I liked the texture effect on the characters, Aubrey was my favourite. I might have to do more runs to find out the other endings...

Thank you! I'm still thinking about what kind of game I want to make next, but I might use the framework from this game in future projects! Sadly, they will most likely be less shouty.

Great job, had to take two attempts but managed to protect the cake! The music & visuals were excellent.

Iggy noo! Sometimes you lose the control of the character, leading to pretty much instant game over. Other than that, cute game!

Lovely artwork, cute cats! The cinematic was charming. I'm no good at rhythm games, but at least I didn't lose!

Difficulty is certainly worthy of the title. I thought the three balloon timer room was the last one because of how cruel the timer was, but the game still kept going after, and I ended up quitting at the second cannon room. I wish adding balloons was a seperate button from jump, like "P" to add and "O" to remove. rapidly mashing space bar to barely meet the timer requirements was quite tough. Great visuals, and the balloon mechanic is interesting!

Beautiful game, great visuals from both backgrounds and characters! I wish I could've cancelled into parry from attacks, ended up getting hit most of the time. Good thing health items were plentiful.
