I sent my JBL speaker from Belgium for repair. The motherboard was defective, but the diagnosis was done quickly, and the repair was completed within 3 weeks. The device was then neatly packed and shipped back to me.
I’m super happy with the service and the clear communication throughout the process. Highly recommended!
Absolute numpties, fixed my screen but broke NFC. No sorry, no compensation no nothing, phone is usles for contactless payments. had to buy a new one. Changed their name becase of the all bad reviews. Avoid at all cost.

We’ve reviewed your case in our system. According to our records, your phone was repaired on June 2, 2023 — which is more than a 2 years ago. Every device we repair comes with 3 to 6 months warranty, depending on the type of repair. After this warranty period, any new or unrelated issues cannot be covered.
If the NFC function stopped working long after the screen repair, this is most likely unrelated or caused by other factors. It is not possible to claim responsibility after such a long time.
