Terrible Return Policy
I order a pair of boots and they did not fit. When I attempted to return the boots I learned I would be charged an $11 processing fee and also still have to pay shipping.
The location given to drop off my return was 350 miles from my home!
I contacted customer service and they agreed to send a FedEx shipping label. They offered a gift card instead of giving me my money back. If I accepted the gift card they would waive the $11 processing fee, but I still was out the $18 for shipping.
I will never shop from this company again. Because their return policy is expensive and more of a headache then most other places.

Return process was a huge…
Return process was a huge disapointment. I got rug as home delivery being a ”big item” and therefore the return costs me 29,50€. It’s a huge sum. The rug was actually not big at all, so small that it would have easily fit to other than home delivery.
