feat: clarify measurement and analysis dates

• Resolves #220 (closed).
• Found a bug that used the measurement date as the analysis date, which is not correct - at least for display purposes (so this is fixed).
• improve user-friendliness for identifying when a simple analysis already has been recycled, or if it's the latest version
