Date of recycled analyses

I pulled this module (20UPIM12202115) to my LDB and recycled the IV at INITIAL_WARM. The one passed testRun below was the one on LDB, the date is from 6 months ago. The last 2 failed ones are the ones I just recycled today, where the inspector name is admin and the date is apparently from 10 months ago.

The date in the newly recycled analysis is actually from the measurement, which agrees with the TEST DATE on the PDB: https://itkpd.unicornuniversity.net/testRunView?id=679cef68aa78876b67c47778

What is intended for the Date column in the LDB to display? Measurement date or analysis date? Should be analysis date which makes more sense. If it's mixed, it's just confusing.
