EVM/Execution: fix testing compilation

Context

The changes introduced in !8726 (merged), introduced a compilation problem regarding the test.

The diff from this MR are fixing this issue.

I opened an issue #5700 (closed) since it seems that the CI is (once again) not catching this type of issue. I suspect this could could come from the recent changes made in the kernels.mk file.

Manually testing the MR

> make -f kernels.mk test
