EVM/Kernel: plug evm-execution's run_transaction to the kernel

Context

Fixes #5376 (closed) and #5373 (closed). Built on top of !8551 (merged).

Manually testing the MR

> make -f kernels.mk evm_kernel.wasm

(the test that produces the failing receipt from !8441 (merged) is actually a good voucher on top of the added tests)

By cherry-picking (or wait for the merge) the second commit from !8576 (merged) (RuntimeError fix), these tests are all passing:

> dune exec tezt/tests/main.exe -- --file evm_rollup.ml
