Use agent_kind in layer1 Tezt cloud scenario

This is a small MR that aims to use the "standard" Agent_kind agent description into the layer1 tezt cloud test. This is not a complete transformation, as we might want to remove the regex usage from the l1 scenario, but it is already improving the scenario.

This is expected to be noop for the behavior of the test but it will change a bit the naming of the agent.

Note that this MR also updates the naming of the Baker to baker instead of attester. This might be confusing when reading the logs with the new naming.

Manually testing the MR

Run a simple L1 and DAL scenario.

Checklist
