Baker/CI: pipeline with remote node

Adds a scheduled pipeline to run the tezt tests with baker run with remote instead of the default baker run with local.

I created the scheduled pipeline in https://gitlab.com/tezos/tezos/-/pipeline_schedules, for now it's running against this branch, once it's merged it should be updated to master. Here's a pipeline example: https://gitlab.com/tezos/tezos/-/pipelines/1775374590
