Agnostic baker test with `run remotely`

Currently, the agnostic baker still needs to connect to a node in order to run remotely. This is not the same behaviour as the protocol-specific baking binaries, which only rely on RPC calls when in remote mode. This needs to be implemented for the agnostic baker, as well.
