DAL: update rewards test

This MR updates the test Alpha: Testing DAL node (attesters receive DAL rewards) as follows:

  • It uses bake for instead of the baker daemon (this makes it easier to debug and maintain)
  • It checks the participation info as well
  • It makes it a regression test (checking RPC output regressions)

Closes #7682 (closed) and #7697 (closed) and #7711 (closed).
