Follow-up from "Draft: DAL/Proto: implement dal_participation RPC"

The following discussion from !16168 (merged) should be addressed:

  For testing, we could update the tezt test on rewards: we call this RPC at least once for each of the two relevant bakers and check some of the fields.

  We can leave it for a follow-up though.
