Draft: Clipboard: Generalize _copyUsedDefs

speleo3/inkscape:clipboard-generic-copy-defs into master

When copying items to the clipboard, use hrefList to collect references (of clones, etc.) instead of handling each referencing type individually.

Fixes #5352

TODO:

  • shape-inside and textPath: Copied to <inkscape:clipboard> but not pasted?
  • LPE satellites
