Copy pasting leads to weird swapping of swatch colours

Summary:

Swatch colours are mysteriously modified when the object is copied and pasted (not duplicated as duplication does not regenerate styles) - found while investigating inbox#11215 (moved), minimal example was also generated from the attached file in the issue

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape, and open copypastebugminimal.svg
• Select the only group and copy it
• Paste it

What happened?

The fill of the second die turned black

What should have happened?

The fill of the second die remains green?
