Fix #2429 - Cannot change units in Transform->Move or Transform->Matrix dialog

This MR fixes a bug that instantly reverts any changes made to the Move or Transform units back to Display Unit, making it impossible to select units other than Display Unit in the Transform->Move or Transform->Matrix dialogs. This fix breaks synchronization with Display Unit.
