The same happens here, I have tried to disable the GPU, disable extensions and reinstall. It is almost impossible to use the browser with this flashbang every time a page is opened.

This is an issue with chromium crashpad.
In file Explorer, open:
%appdata%\..\RoamingSearch for "crashpad" , select and delete ALL results (if prompt says file in use, then skip), restart windows.
