I can't find the synchronization function in the mobile version of Opera, also I can't find how to log in to my Opera account

I can't find the synchronization button on Opera Browser(IOS), I found only connection via Flow and it works fine. I basically can't find how to log in to my Opera account on Opera Browser(IOS). On https://www.sync.opera.com only OperaGX(Windows) is synchronized.
