I can also share we entered stage in which we're satisfied with "forced dark mode"

That is correct. Force dark mode comes from chromium and requires more research from our side. We have reports that suggest such feature might cause flashes or other strange behavior. So we want to make sure to keep the browser healthy before adding it.2. transparent wallpapers on speed dial have white background not gray like in regular opera

Tabs and visibility of active tab will be part of upcoming improvements. It won't be gray, but it will be more clear which tab is the active tab.4. Tab Islands this year
Under research. However, we don't expect to have it this year.5. will you implement chrome 140 flag to reduce white flashes : CSS caret-animation property

Apologies for a late reply.
Here's an official reply from our Data Protection officer:
Opera Air collects certain types of data according to our Privacy Statement for the purposes of delivering relevant advertising and personalized content, only with the user’s consent. Even when data is collected, it is never enough data to be able to identify an individual user in any practical way. If users don’t wish to share such data, they can disable all data sharing through the browser settings, under Privacy and security > Privacy consent settings. By disabling those options, Opera Air sends no data outside simple functionality data, which is anonymous and not associated with the user.
