Opera for LinuxRE: opera moves on top of all other windows
Having same issue on 2 machines both with Opera 79.0.4143.50 (issue started after upgrade)
1 - Manjaro 21.1.4 with Cinnamon 5.05
2 - Manjaro 21.1.4 with Gnome 40.5Settings for "Window focus mode" = mouse or sloppy makes opera raise to top. (not other options enabled)

You can see from my previous posts, i tried a few different flavors of linux with same result,
I switched over to KDE (manjaro) and Opera works fine there. As I don't see anyone any other pots mentioned KDE, its probably solid on that windows manager
