An AI car photo violates TOS?

I don't know if this is a bug with Aria, or if it's just how the AI is, but I asked it to draw me a photo of my car, but with some mods on it. It keeps telling me that the request violates the TOS, when All I'm asking it to do is give the car a specific color, color accents, and some body mods.
