Go to your settings, select recovery you dont need to erase your bookmarks and passwords, select the first option. and boom! Solved!

I was very upset with this for a few weeks and until today i had time to find out how to fix it.

Hope it works for you, also im using latest version 70.

That worked. Thank you very much! I must have disabled it at some point for some reason.

@alfredo-b-face There's a fix. If you can save the webpage as pdf, you can still copy. Though, it would break some lines of HTML code for a bulky website but will work for Facebook.
Otherwise, if you have desktop, the best option will be to download a copyright protection remover extension.

@leocg Of course I tried all of the mentioned. I think I will have to begin again by clearing out all my Opera data, and start from square one. I was just hoping this had happened to someone else who had a idea why it was happening. Or if anyone could help so I don't lose all the tweeks and settings I have already built into my present browser.
