Can't get the tooltip(?) Translate or Explore more to work

Latest opera on windows 11.
When highlighting text and context menu shows the Translate and Explore more functions get aria to show up but it doesnt' actually translate or explore more. -

When I click on tooltip:
When I manually ctrl + / and ask it to translate
When I ctlr + / and change mode to Page context and ask to translate to english i get different text translated to what looks like romanian.

@fuutott11 That's called the Search pop-up in English, not a tooltip.

@sgunhouse yeah it's the "AI Prompts in text highlight popup" that don't work.
