Downloads > Show in Folder opens git-cola?

Hi,
just started using Opera (106.0.4998.19) on Ubuntu Studio (23.10) , all fine except whenever I download a file and click the 'Show in folder' icon next to it, the "git-cola" app opens rather than the Dolphin file manager.
Is there a way to change this association, git-cola seems inappropriate in this context? Have checked the Systems file associations.
