Weird videos problem

I have problem with screens on videos and streams. Videos screens it's look like cursed. On others browsers this problem doesn't exist. I have problem on Windows 64x,newest Opera GX version. This problem occurs on youtube, twitch, facebook, reddit ... I send 2 screenshots.
