Opera Mini no longer works after upgrade

Samsung A3, Android 5. Upgraded Opera mini an hour ago. Post upgrade Opera Mini would not connect to sites. Rebooted, no change. Uninstalled & reinstalled. New installation will not start, gives error "connection blocked". All other software working fine (writing this on Firefox). Any advice?
