Download "0.100.1-linux-x64.zip" from https://github.com/Ld-Hagen/fix-opera-linux-ffmpeg-widevine/releases/tag/nwjs-ffmpeg-0.100.1 and extract it to get libffmpeg.so. Then, in Opera's install folder, create a folder named "lib_extra" if it's not already there. Then copy/move the libffmpeg.so you previously extracted to that "lib_extra" folder (replace an existing libffmpeg.so if you put one in there before). Then you should be good to go.

Note that there's already a libffmpeg.so in the root of Opera's install folder. That's just a basic, fallback one. Leave that one alone.

If you don't know where Opera is installed, goto the URL opera://about and look at the "Install" path.
