Message Tag Scoping and Global Tag Behavior in Group Filtering
- To ensure all tags are returned in message filtering, each tag must be correctly scoped to every group where it is used; otherwise, it will be missing from the message tags for any group where it is not scoped.
- Alternatively, if a tag is left un-scoped, it is considered global by default and will be included in all messages regardless of the group. More information on managing tags and the groups they belong to can be found here: Internal tagging
