I commend Ding for being fast and reliable except for one time that i loaded in Mexico using AT&T my top-up did not arrive. I was able to talk to a live agent and was helpful enough to contact AT&T Mexico sadly the i did not received my top up before leaving Mexico. But to any other network it fast and the exchange rate is good also. Thank You Ding for making us Sailors topping up our local sim with ease.
