Great customer service. Put a large order of paints through, items came quickly but unfortunately the box was damaged by DHL and over half of the bottles were missing. Raised a ticket via their online portal and the issue was replied to and sorted within 9 minutes, with replacements sent out the following day. Cant get better than that. Thanks

Comms were poor, wont use again. Was sent the wrong items, Items sent back as soon as the postage label was received. Didnt hear anything about the replacements despite numerous emails. Ended up asking for a refund which was given eventually, and went elsewhere

Had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Wasted 2 and a half months on this waiting for a bed that never came. Customer support are unprofessional and lie. Avoid.

Brilliant service and price. Ordered a new tumble dryer less than 24 hours ago as my old one died. Delivery time on the website stated 1-3 days. My wife gets a call this morning advising it'll be delivered within 20 minutes, and it was! Great delivery guys. Its now plugged in my kitchen doing its thing.

Cheapest price compared to Currys/AO/Amazon for the actual product. Saved a tenner.

Cheapest delivery and removal/recycling of my old product - was £5 total, vs £50 AO.com/£45 Currys.

Great Service, came within 24 hours of ordering and fit within 5 minutes.

I bought a motherboard and CPU bundle from AWD-IT, an ASUS X570 Prime pro + Ryzen 9 3900x for the new PC I was building. Price was great (£679) - worked out £80 cheaper than buying separately from Amazon. it worked straight away, no issues, would recommend.

After searching online Waltons came up first and the price was the cheapest. I ordered a new fence - delivery was free and fast, and they rang to confirm the date which was a nice touch.
Ill be getting a new shed in the future and I will be buying it from here.
