The 3rd Generation Owner was very helpful with directions to sites we wanted to visit, told us information about the area, even made sure we didn't follow google maps due to a shut down sidewalk and got us around without backtracking.

The staff was very helpful, and my luggage was kept safe and secure during the day so I could explore Seattle without having to worry about my luggage!

Plain and simple: it was exactly what we needed. Me and my husband just off a cruise in the morning and our plane didn’t leave until the evening. We wanted to drop off our 5 pieces of luggage so we could walk around town. The 1 staff member that we saw there was super friendly and communicative. Drop off was pretty simple. Pick up was okay. The doors were locked, so I tried calling the number on the website, with no answer, but we saw the staff come out from the back and we just knocked on the door. He gave us coupons for next time which was cool. One thing I didn’t quite like was that the website said it wouldn’t give us the address until we booked something. I think this one was the closest one to us, but the website told me it was only a 9 minute walk. It was NOT! It ended up being a 30 minute walk after I did the booking and got the address.

Staff was extremely friendly and luggage was stored in a secure location. Once we found the place and the local contact number it was smooth sailing

The host was friendly. Excellent communication, and the luggage was completely secure. He also gave us coupons and tips on places to visit.

While the location was a bit hard to find, they provide a phone number and the employee picked up the phone immediately and came right out to help us. He was super nice and also gave some suggestions for places to visit

Lovely helpful young men....very friendly and personable. Only in Seattle for 6 hrs so ideal to be able to see the city without dragging luggage around .Would definitely use again. Thank you Had a fab chat about soccer too

The location was convenient to both sports stadiums and open late for pickup which was exactly what we needed for this trip. The storage space itself was nothing more than a locked closet, but it worked.

Hello, I needed to leave my suitcase until 10pm and this was one of the few places that had that option. I was easily able to find a place, found a person right away. There are suitcases in a separate room under lock and key. By and by I had to pick up my suitcase at 6pm, but also an employee was on site, came and picked it up, no problems. Yes, I have read comments that people have encountered difficulties, but we did not encounter any such problems. We left on Friday from 12pm to 6pm.

As others have said, it’s in a really handy location for the light rail terminal. Bounce works really well and they have loads of sites to choose from in the Seattle area. Good value for money as well.

Very close to the Pioneer Station light rail station, Amtrak, Chinatown, & restaurants. Easy to find & affordable. The man behind the counter was helpful, kind, & quick with service. I stored my bags & was able to leisurely walk through Pike Place Market & the Space Needle, for less than half of what Amtrak would have charged to store them before my trip.

This worked perfectly. I liked how the attendant asked us to take a picture of our bags. The other Bounce location we used didn’t do this nor had any bag tags for verification.

Useful downtown location based in a shop. Left cases for a few hours safely whilst killing some time before going to the airport. We had not booked so we're gestured to go online there and then and no issues.

Very friendly polite shop employee . No hidden charges. Close to Pioneer Square. The old fire station turn bar and restaurant has restrooms. Neighborhood may appear skidrow but ideally close enough to Seattle Art Musiam and waterfront.

The owner was very polite and helpful. Our luggage was kept safely and the whole process was very easy. It made our last day in Seattle much easier to not have to worry about our stuff.
