Friendly staff! I had work nearby, but needed to store my riding gear. Pain free and fast deposit/retrieval.

We were total luggage storage newbies and didn't know what to expect. The staff at the Hyatt House was super friendly and very patient with us. We ended up having to book additional luggage for storage, but could do so on the spot. No problem at all. Location is excellent for Space Needle and for hopping on the sight seeing bus.

Amazing experience with all the staff here! I got a great recommendation to take the ferry to Bainbridge to waste some time, so don't be afraid to ask if you don't know how to spend your day waiting to head to the airport! When I went to collect my bags, they were just as friendly as before and got my bags so quickly! Highly recommend!

Location was prime, right across the street from the space needle. Drop off and pick up was very easy and attendent was so nice. Would highly recommend reserving as they do sell out the space. Close to public transit to and from the airport.

Yesterday was the first time I’ve used Bounce or any similar service. My husband and I found the location easily and Adam was quite friendly. I was happy when Adam said we could extend our reservation if the event we were attending in Seattle went long. I would use this service again.

Service was great. Very simple and fast

When the place we book u expectedly canceled our reservation after lugging our luggage up the hill, we had to rebook and was grateful this was available and only .5 mile away. All went without a problem.

Everything went smoothly with drop off and pick up. They give you a tag and they put it in the back room. I did not realize it is in a liquor/convenience store until the address is provided. It's about a 10 minute walk uphill from the pier. So it's not as conveniently located but it had better hours than some of the other storage units. I was able to drop my carryon from 10 to 7 on a Sunday for $8 per bag so that's really good. I just had to uber back to Pike Place when I dropped it, then back to the bag, then to the train station so location isn't the most convenient. However it spared me from having to lug the bag around town for which I am grateful.

First class Helpful No problems

Staff was kind and courteous. It was great to be able to leave our bags safely while spending time in downtown before heading on the airport.

Great first time experience with location. App could use some work. Booked for 3:30 p/u, got a message from Bounce at 2:30pm that location closes at 3:00pm. Called location, they were closing at 9pm. All was good, but strange and caused some anxiety. I will definitely use the location again- owner was fast and helpful.

Easy to find, easy to drop off and pickup. Ideal location within easy walking distance of Space Needle.

It felt nice to have the store clerk watch over it, it would feel even better to put it in a back room or something. Hossein was really nice

This is good location. Very close to space needle. The owner is good and space is clean.

The store must be able to find (receive, read) updated bookings before booking arrives. Otherwise all good 👍
