- The staff were extremely friendly. I had to store a lot of luggage, and my return flight was different, so I had to separate from my group. They were very accommodating in this regard as well.

- The service experience was very good. My only complaint was that it's not very obvious at all that you have arrived at the correct address. I'm confused as to why they have not put up even just a small Bounce Luggage Storage sign to make it clear that you have arrived at the correct place. You actually have to approach the entrance to the car park and show your Bounce QR code to the parking attendant who will then be able to assist you once they get a moment in between storing and retrieving people's cars.
