- It was very convenient to store our big suitcases 4 days at Big Echo so we could travel to another place with just our small suitcases. You have to make an online reservation, but on the website it kept getting stuck on same day pick up. I went to the store for help with the reservation and they were very kind and helpful. It's also close to Osaka and Umeda station and it's actually located on the second floor, not the first.

The check-in and pick-up process couldn't have been simpler. You just show the QR code from your booking confirmation, and they handle the rest. It was efficient, secure, and the staff were friendly. If you have oversized luggage and need flexible, affordable storage in Osaka, I cannot recommend Bounce highly enough. It completely exceeded our expectations and made our trip so much more convenient.
