I would have rated the experience 10/10 if not for the rude woman working at the store. Aside from her attitude, everything else was fine.

Evertyhing runned OK, so the delivery as well as the picking up. At that time the person in charge made a deep through label checking, to be sure we were the real owners. Well located, justo a few blocks ahead from Unión station. Recommended.

This was so convenient, safe, and accessible. My check in time was later than my arrival and my check out time was earlier than my departure so this place served as the perfect location to store my luggage while I explored the city. Thank you!

It was smooth and easy. Great that I could drop off my bag Sunday at 8 am.

Would prefer if there was a locked locker or area for the luggage. It was just in a back room. The man working was very nice and helpful.
